I just had a really good experience with one of your techs. His name was Bill, and when he first looked at the AC in the house, he said the fix would cost several hundred dollars to repair. I was in a rock and a hard place because that was a lot more expensive than I expected. Bill took a couple of more minutes to look at the unit, and after a little investigation found another way to fix the AC which cost a lot less. I really do appreciate his effort at finding a repair that I could handle and his honesty for not making me pay more than was necessary. This was a great experience, and if all your employees would handle the job the way Bill did, I would be more than happy to continue doing business with Promag. Your employees have, once again, done an outstanding job! I'm not sure if you hire winners or train them, but either way, it's working. Steve and Jovanni not only cleaned my a/c ducts but treated my floors and furniture as if it were there own. They were professional and did an outstanding job. When they left, there wasn't any trace on my floors or furniture that they were ever in my house.
