I’ve been waiting to do my review for a little bit since we had our AC replaced. I’m very happy to say I can very much recommend this company. When we had initial problems with our old AC, they came the day of and ended up replacing our system the following day. We also had to make an adjustment recently, and they came very quickly and helped us. I’m very, very impressed with this company. I’m very happy we found them to use for our AC needs. Very much recommend, and I’m very particular with customer service, so that means a lot.

Awesome price
We called these guys to come take a look and sure enough found our huge problem. The owner and the crew were very, very professional. While they looked at the ducts, I asked them to give me a health report on my 20-year-old unit. I was told it was the right size for the house. We were overworking it. He was right; it never stops running. Plus, ducts were undersized and rats got to them. So I asked for a package deal. He was happy to do so. Goodman, good brand heat pump. Awesome price. The crew shows up to the house. No boss man, so we thought, 'Oh great, this will be a mess.' He sure explained to the crew and leader what was to take place. They went to work removing the old unit. They installed the new unit in a flash. And to amazing speed, they also replaced over half of the ducting lines. And they cleaned up the mess very well. And left for the day. Returned to complete the project and wow does it work nice and yet again cleaned up and finished. I just want to say thank you and wish these guys all the success. I would hire them again. In fact, I will have him install new air conditioner in the river house and in my shop. Very good.

Above and Beyond with Prompt Service
Carlos and Hector came and installed our new unit and are the nicest and hardest working people. They were at our home from 11:30-8:00 pm and did not take even one five-minute break. To say they are hard workers is an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure the new unit was installed correctly and made sure our thermostats and everything was working well before they left. They are thorough, helpful, and awesome. Also, our old AC Unit blew out and they came to replace it just two hours later on the same day. I don’t know many companies with that level of service, but a company is made by great employees and these two guys are the best people you could ever want.
