Our AC air handler started to violently shake yesterday morning. On the recommendation of a friend, I called ProMag. We were already planning to replace the system in the fall, so I was hoping for a fix to get us through the next few months. To my surprise, Fred was at my home in about an hour to assess the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the fix wouldn't be worth the cost with us already planning on replacing the system in a few months and the part would take weeks to get. Living in Florida in August without AC wasn't an option. I asked Fred to give me a quote for the replacement. He came in less than what we were expecting. I consulted my husband and we decided to move forward. I was shocked when he said they could do the install that very day! I was sure we were going to have to set up our portable AC and live in the bedroom for a couple of days or even a week. Nope, two technicians, Kyle and Angel, arrived at 11:55 am ready to work. They too were professional, polite, clean, and very hard working. I felt so bad for them because it was so hot and they were soaked in sweat all day. I kept the ice cold bottled water coming to them. They never once complained and got the job done. At some point, two other techs showed up to lend a helping hand. I'm not sure how long they were here before they got called away to another job. It just showed that these guys are a team and left me with an even more positive opinion of this company. Kyle and Angel were here till almost 8 pm. Once up and running, the house cooled rather quickly and I couldn't be happier. I'm going to use ProMag for our regular maintenance, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work! Good job, guys.

We called these guys to come take a look and sure enough found our huge problem. The owner and the crew were very, very professional. While they looked at the ducts, I asked them to give me a health report on my 20-year-old unit. I was told it was the right size for the house. We were overworking it. He was right; it never stops running. Plus, ducts were undersized and rats got to them. So I asked for a package deal. He was happy to do so. Goodman, good brand heat pump. Awesome price. The crew shows up to the house. No boss man, so we thought, 'Oh great, this will be a mess.' He sure explained to the crew and leader what was to take place. They went to work removing the old unit. They installed the new unit in a flash. And to amazing speed, they also replaced over half of the ducting lines. And they cleaned up the mess very well. And left for the day. Returned to complete the project and wow does it work nice and yet again cleaned up and finished. I just want to say thank you and wish these guys all the success. I would hire them again. In fact, I will have him install new air conditioner in the river house and in my shop. Very good.
